However, “visa-free” does not mean “rule-free.” Below is the complete list of eligible countries and the essential entry requirements you need to know before you book your flight.
Which Countries are Visa-Free for Mongolia in 2026?
The following countries are exempt from visa requirements for tourism purposes.

- United States: Up to 90 Days
- Canada: Up to 30 Days

Even if you don’t need a visa, you must meet these entry requirements:
1. Passport Validity Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of entry. You will be denied boarding if your passport expires sooner.
2. Immigration Registration (The “Hidden” Rule) If you are staying for more than 30 days (for example, US or South Korean citizens), you must register with the Mongolia Immigration Agency within 7 days of arrival.
