How do I book a tour with SAYAT Travel?
You can book directly through our website by filling out the enquiry form or by emailing us at Info@mongolia-guides.com. Once we discuss your itinerary, you will receive a formal proposal and quotation within 24–72 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) soon, through our partnership with Golomt Bank. We also accept international bank wire transfers (SWIFT).
What is your cancellation policy?
Our refund amounts are based on how far in advance you cancel:
46+ days prior: 95% refund of the landed trip fee.
45–30 days prior: 70% refund.
29–15 days prior: 50% refund.
14–0 days prior: 25% refund.
Note: These percentages exclude non-refundable costs like bank fees or domestic flight penalties.
What should I pack for a Mongolian expedition?
Because temperatures vary widely between day and night, we recommend dressing in layers. Essential items include:
Sturdy, waterproof hiking boots and a warm overcoat.
Sun protection (sunglasses, SPF 30+ sunscreen, and a sun hat).
A high-quality sleeping bag (rated -10°C or below for mountain treks).
A power bank and spare batteries for remote areas.
Is there an age limit for your tours?
Most of our cultural and family tours are suitable for all ages. However, for high-endurance expeditions like multi-day horseback treks, we typically require participants to be at least 14 years old and in good physical condition.
What is included in the tour price?
Our all-inclusive packages typically cover airport transfers, 4×4 vehicles with professional drivers, English-speaking guides, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) prepared by our tour chefs, national park permits, and high-quality camping equipment.
